Hello, I am selling premium healthy meal plan business which is ran through a cloud kitchen. It is currently non operational due to funding issue. I am selling the brand and 100% of the business (without trade license) which includes:

3. Influencer marketing contract of 3 months worth AED30,000

4. All the inventories including thermal bags

7. Sales from Jan 2024 to June 2024 AED350k+

8. Cost of running the business with rental, DEWA, chef and kitchen helper salaries and marketing is around AED20,000 per month. Cost can be reduced to AED14,000 if the buyer is a chef himself.

10. Further investment of AED80,000 will be required to set up a new kitchen, trade license, advance deposit, inventories etc.
